Magetarmblødning - Dieulafoy lesjon: Behandling

Endoskopisk behandling er nå standardmetoden i behandlingen av disse lesjonene. Via endoskopet finner man blødningskilden og ved å klemme av det blødende karet kan legen få blødningen til å stanse. Denne behandlingen er vellykket i 90-95% av tilfellene. Bare unntaksvis må det utføres en kirurgisk operasjon for å få stanset blødningen.
