Aplastisk anemi: Symptomer

Innhold i artikkelen

Symptomene skyldes konsekvensene av det lave antallet blodceller. Færre røde blodlegemer (anemi) gir slapphet, tretthet, tungpust, hjertebank. Færre hvite blodlegemer (leukopeni, neutropeni) gir tilbakevendende, eventuelt livstruende infeksjoner. Færre blodplater (trombocytopeni) gir blødninger i slimhinner og hud.
