Manglende vektøkning hos barn, veiviser: Når bør du/dere søke lege?

  • Ved mistanke om manglende vektøkning og mistrivsel hos barnet kan det være fornuftig å kontakte helsesøster først. Hun kan veie og måle barnet, bruke percentilskjemaet, og hun kan fastslå om barnet faktisk har stanset i utviklingen
  • Hvis mistanken om manglende vektøkning bekreftes, vil barnet bli henvist til helsestasjonslegen eller fastlegen for nærmere undersøkelse
  • Fastlegen kan om nød henvise barnet til spesialist
