Bukspyttkjertelbetennelse, akutt: Diagnostikk

Ved mistanke om akutt betennelse i bukspyttkjertelen vil du bli innlagt i sykehus. Diagnosen bekreftes ved utslag på ulike blodprøver (særlig enzymprøvene lipase og amylase). Det er vanlig å undersøke magen med ultralyd for å se om du har gallestein. Ved mistanke om komplikasjoner kan andre undersøkelser være aktuelle, som CT-røntgen, eventuelt MR eller vanlig røntgenbilde av magen.
