Aktinisk keratose
Atkinisk kerastose er godartet svulstvev i solskadet hud. Forekomsten øker med økende alder og med grad av soleksponering. Personer med lys hud er mest utsatt.

Aktinisk keratoseAktinisk keratose er et godartet svulstvev som skyldes skader i huden av solstråling. Den kalles også solar keratose. Hudforandringene består i små flekker som er svakt rødfarget, eventuelt gulaktige, og skjellende. De kan være moderat hyperpigmenterte (mørke), og overflaten er oftest litt ru. Forandringene finnes på solutsatte flater, og det kan være fra en enkelt flekk til tallrike slike hudforandringer. Tilstanden kan gå tilbake av seg selv dersom man unngår fortsatt eksponering for sol, men den kan også utvikle seg til hudkreft (plateepitelkreft). Denne kreftformen behandles med kirurgi eller stråling.
