Insulinresistens: Kurstilbud

Type 2-diabetes er en folkesykdom. God kunnskap om sykdommen vil gjøre det lettere for deg å etterleve behandlingsrådene, noe som gir bedre prognose. Opplæring av pasienter med type 2-diabetes er imidlertid tidkrevende, og de færreste legekontor har et godt opplæringstilbud. Norsk Helseinformatikk (NHI) har nå laget et nettbasert kurs for pasienter. Kurset finnes i to deler: Del 1 som tar ca. 2 timer, og del 2 som tar ca. 10 timer (anbefales å bli tatt stykkevis).

Del 1 gir deg en oversikt over sykdommen og er et fullverdig kurs. I del 2 får du en grundigere gjennomgang med praktiske opplysninger om blant annet kosthold.

Kurset består av en rekke foredrag, informasjonsartikler og quizer. Du får hele tiden sjekket om du har lært noe.
