Malaria: Diagnosen
Tidlig diagnose og behandling av malaria reduserer sykdommen og forhindrer død. WHO anbefaler at alle tilfeller av mistenkt malaria blir bekreftet med parasitt-basert diagnostisk testing - enten mikroskopi eller hurtigtest. Resultatet av slike tester foreligger i løpet av 30 minutter eller mindre.
