Generalisert angst, symptomer og tegn: Når bekymringer blir sykdom

Alle bekymrer vi oss til tider omkring penger eller familien eller jobben. Angst blir en sykdom når bekymringen blir så sterk at den forstyrrer livet ditt. Vi vet ikke riktig hva som skjer i hjernen når du har en angsttilstand. Røntgenundersøkelser og blodprøver er normale. Men det betyr ikke at det du gjennomlever ikke er virkelig. Vi vet at om du har en angstlidelse, påvirker det måten du tenker på og føler om livet. Og det kan påvirke deg fysisk også.
