Tørr, kløende hud: Forebygging

Tørr luft kan få huden din til å bli tørr og kløende. Det kan være fornuftig å bruke en luftfukter, særlig i vinterhalvåret og i tørt vær.

Noen såper kan få huden din til å klø. Det er gunstig å bruke såpe med lite lukt og som inneholder få allergener. Denne typen såpe inneholder ikke farge eller parfyme som kan irritere huden din. I tillegg bør du bruke et mildt, uparfymert vaskemiddel til klesvask, unngå mykgjørende midler og gi klærne en ekstra skyllerunde når du vasker klærne dine i vaskemaskin - i håp om å redusere irritasjon fra klærne mot huden din.

Velg klær som er laget av mykt materiale, som bomull og silke. Unngå å bruke klær laget av grov ull, som kan irritere huden din og gi kløe.
