  • Hvilket juridisk forhold som er mellom deg og din partner, barn, far til dine barn eller sæddonor.
  • Hva som ville skje med deg og dine kjære hvis du ble separert fra din partner, mistet jobben, flyttet, fikk alvorlige medisinske problemer, ble ufør, pensjonert eller døde.
  • Om du har sex (oralt, analt eller vaginalt) med menn, kvinner eller begge.
  • Hvor mange seksualpartnere du har hatt.
