Råd ved diaré

  • Drikk mye, minst to liter hver dag. Unngå søt melk (H-melk, lettmelk og skummet melk)
  • Spis lite til hvert måltid
  • Velg lettfordøyelig kost
  • Prøv litt ekstra salt i mat og drikke

Fiskerett

(1 porsjon)
125 g torskefilet
1 gulrot
2-3 poteter

Saus uten smør og melk:
2 dl fiskekraft
1-2 ss maisenna
3-4 ss husholdningshvitt uten melkesukker (f.eks. Menkomel) eller laktoseredusert lettmelk

Trekk torskefileten i vann. Kok poteter og gulrot. Gulroten skal være godt kokt.
Kok opp fiskekraft til saus. Rør maisenna ut i litt vann. Tilsettes fiskekraften og kokes i 4-5 minutter. Husholdningshvitt uten melkesukker eller laktose-redusert lettmelk tilsettes for å få en hvit saus. Torskefileten, gulrot og poteter anrettes på tallerken.
