Det er godkjent tabletter med 1 mg cyanokobalamin (Behepan).¹

Dosering

Remisjonsbehandling

2 tabletter to ganger daglig i én måned.

Ved alvorlige akutte tilfeller med påvist eller mistenkt nevropati, der det er nødvendig med

rask påfylling av B12-lagrene, kan vitamin B12 i første omgang gis som intensiv injeksjonsbehandling,

etterfulgt av peroral vedlikeholdsbehandling.

Vedlikeholdsbehandling

1–2 tabletter daglig, helst på fastende mage.

Pris

Tablettene er reseptpliktige og maksimalprisen er 216 kroner for 100 tabletter.

Refusjon

Det er innvilget forhåndsgodkjent refusjon for Behepan tabletter fra 1. juni 2017.
